Getting StartedSchool representatives - please check with site contact if you have a question about clinical placements due to COVID-19.
Before a clinical placement request can be considered, a current legal affiliation agreement between the school and the healthcare organization must be in place. Questions? School representatives - a list of healthcare contacts can be found here. Next, your school must submit a Graduate Request form on your behalf. Please note that many organizations do not allow students to reach out to potential preceptors directly. Your school will let you know if the healthcare facility is able to accept the request. Once approved, continue with the orientation steps listed further down on this page so that your school can complete the RIF, or Graduate Required Student/Faculty Information form and submit to the facility. School representatives - form instructions can be found here. |
