How do I set up a 4 hour or less Job Shadow?

Please see information for each location below, and reach out directly to the location contact with questions. 

 Step 1: Identify the career you would like to shadow.

Step 2: Email completed application and health requirements form to the contact person of the organization where you hope to do a job shadow.
  • If student is under age 18, parent/guardian MUST sign form.
  • Application and proof of all listed health requirements must be sent in entirety to the appropriate site contact or application cannot be considered.
